Banana Bread

If you love Banana Bread but thought it was to hard to make, think again!

This is an easy recipe if you have kids who want to help mix things, this is a good one.

2 cups all purpose flour

1 cup sugar

1/2 C. Butter or Crisco

2 tsp Baking powder

1/2 tsp Baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

2 eggs (beat in a seperate bowl)

3 or 4 mashed bananas

1/2 tsp Vanilla

a pinch of Nutmeg

1/4 tsp Cinamon

2/3 Cup Milk

1/2 cup chopped walnuts (optional)

Cream butter and sugar together, in seperate bowl combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, Nutmeg & Cinnamon.

slowly add flour mixture to butter and sugar. then add eggs, milk & vanilla. if adding the nuts add at this point.

preheat oven to 350 degrees. spray muffin tins with bakers choice spray. this spray has flour in it and the muffins come
