Fast, Easy and Delicious

if you love Chocolate mint cookies you will love this recipe.

Chocolate Mint cookies 

1 pkg Ritz Crackers

4 squares melting chocolate

pepermint extract

in double boiler,  melt chocolate. add pepermint to taste. dip Ritz crackers in chocolate and place on wax paper to cool.

that is all there is to this recipe, enjoy!

Coconut cookies 

1 pkg Ritz Crackers

10 carmels unwrapped

3 squares melting chocolate

toasted coconut

place coconut on cookie sheet and place in the oven to lightly toast.

melt chocolate in double boiler…melt carmel in microwave safe bowl.

with a spreader, spread carmel on cracker, top with coconut. place on wax paper to cool. once you have done all of the crackers let them cool a few minutes to set the carmel up. once carmel is cool dip bottom of each cracker (side with nothing on it) in the chocolate. place on wax paper to cool once again.

when finished you have a great tasting cookie.

Peanut butter heaven

1 pkg Ritz crackers

peanut butter

4 squares melting chocolate

place a scoop of peanut butter on each cracker and place in the freezer to set up. when frozen dip cookies in melted chocolate and cover completely. place on wax paper to set up.
